Quality Policy and Quality Objectives

Blue Ridge Industries, Inc. is totally committed to understanding and meeting the quality needs and expectations of all our customers.

We have established a comprehensive quality assurance system which meets all of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance standards.  Our quality assurance system concentrates on the following Quality Objectives:

The entire Blue Ridge Industries, Inc. team adheres to the spirit and intent of this quality policy, as well as the directives of the quality assurance manual and its supporting quality system documentation.  We continue to aggressively strive to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved at all times, and in all things.

Quality System Status

We have implemented a documented Quality System in compliance with ISO 9001:2000,  completed our registration audit and on July 29th, 2003, Blue Ridge Industries, Inc. was certified as in full compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
