Blue Ridge Industries, Inc. (BRI) is committed to understanding and meeting the quality needs and expectations of our customers. We are committed to producing quality product at cost efficient prices through continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).
We, at BRI, affirm this commitment, and have established a comprehensive QMS which will allow our company to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and any other requirements of our customers.
Our QMS concentrates on the following Quality Objectives:
- Defect-free products and services to our customers. Our goal for in-process and final audits is a 95% monthly acceptance baseline average.
- 95% On-time delivery.
The entire BRI team will adhere to the spirit and intent of this quality policy, as well as the directives of the Quality Assurance Manual and its supporting quality system documentation. We will continue to aggressively strive to ensure that customer satisfaction is always achieved.
