  • Lead times vary based on project complexity, mold availability, and production volume. However, we utilize lean workflows and 24/7 operations to keep turnaround times as short as possible.

  • Yes. While we often work on high-volume production runs, we can also accommodate smaller batches. Depending on the stage of prototyping or pilot programs, we may involve a third-party vendor that specializes in the project. For more detailed cost estimates, visit our Request a Quote page.

  • You can submit your design files on our Request a Quote page. Our engineering team can review your existing CAD files or drawings to determine project readiness or identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvements, or mold design optimizations.

  • We handle a wide range of plastics and thermoplastic resins, including food-grade, engineering-grade, and specialty materials. Here is a list of the most popular resins. If you have specific requirements, let us know in your inquiry.
